Appointments are only available 4 months ahead. Booking fee as pre-payment towards total appointment cost required - this is non-refundable/transferable under any circumstances. Card details stored securely with our payment provider (Square). Card only charged in event of no-show or late cancellation. Cancellations within 24hrs charged at 50% and no shows at 100% of total appointment cost and £5 for skin test appointments. Appointments cannot be cancelled online, this must be done direct by leaving a voicemail or email. Appointments can be rescheduled online but the same appointment may only be re-scheduled twice and is automatically cancelled on third attempt causing the booking fee to be lost.
